Instructions: Online course evaluations for College of Liberal Arts – FALL 2007

All students are required to submit course evaluations for all EES/BIO/SCI courses in which they are enrolled.

Evaluations Open Dates: 26 November and Close, Dec15th.

1. Using any computer with Internet access, go to http://survey.mercer.edu
2. Select the link titled “College of Liberal Arts”.
3. Select the appropriate link (entitled “Environmental Science; BIO or Scientific Inquiry” depending on your course) and the link will open to allow you to:
4. Enter your student ID (your social security number or your Mercer ID) and your password (Same as Bearport password. Usually your birth date in the following format YYMMDD). Enter digits only—no hyphens, spaces, etc. Your ID will not be recorded with your evaluation; rather it is used to prevent multiple submissions for the same course. Anonymity is assured.
5. See the list of Biology Department courses in which you are currently enrolled. No hyperlink is provided if you have already submitted an evaluation for that course.
6. Select the hyperlink for the desired course, and see the online course evaluation form. Check the course/section number and instructor name to verify that the course is correct.
7. Answer all questions.
8. Click the “Click to Continue” button at the bottom of the form.
9. Click “OK” when asked if “Are you sure you are ready to submit this evaluation?”
10. Click “Submit Survey” button.
11. You will be returned to list of Biology Department courses. Repeat steps 6 – 10 if necessary.
